I have been eating this for breakfast for a straight week now. Its soooo delicious u.o.e.n.o. But you could find out by making it yourself at home! Its super easy & takes literally 5 mins to prepare.
Here’s what I used:
1/2 cup Fage Plain non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Honey Oat Granola
1 banana – slices
2 large frozen strawberries cut up to pieces
I like using frozen fruit because now that we’re going into hot ass summertime, its reallyyyyyyy refreshing that way. As someone who has sensitive teeth to cold temperatures it was fine to chew. The strawberries slowly start going into room temperature and they’re not completely hard to begin with anyway (thats what she said).
